What to expect with us
Your responsibilities grow with your level of training, so you take on responsibility step by step:
- Client focus: You are the first point of contact at reception and support our clients in person and by phone.
- Office management: You coordinate appointments, manage files, and monitor important deadlines and follow-ups.
- Legal practice: You prepare pleadings, contracts, and materials for training sessions.
- Correspondence: You communicate professionally with courts, insurance companies, and clients.
- Finance: You support us with dunning procedures and enforcement proceedings.
- You are welcome to complete a short trial internship with us in advance.
What you bring with you
- A good to very good secondary school diploma, a higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or the Abitur.
- An interest in legal matters and a passion for organizing.
- Strong German language skills (written and spoken) as well as quick comprehension.
- A careful, conscientious way of working and team spirit.
- Willingness to contribute and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Your benefits with us
- Attractive remuneration:
€1,100 in the 1st year, €1,200 in the 2nd year, and €1,300 in the 3rd year of training.
