If you decide to seek advice by e-mail, we ask you to provide as much detail as possible about your case. You can send us attachments to your description of the facts by fax or as an attachment to your e-mail.
Otherwise, we ask you to make an appointment at short notice (by telephone) at our offices in Konstanz or Stuttgart. In the case of dismissals, you will usually be given an appointment at short notice, as the three-week deadline for an action for unfair dismissal may have to be met.
Please bring all necessary documents (employment contract, notice of dismissal, pay slips, warning letter, legal expenses insurance documents, etc.) with you to the appointment.
